Job Title: Business Banking Relationship Manager FLSA Status: Exempt Department: Business Banking Hours of Operation: Full-Time (flexible start time), approx. 45 hours per week General Job Summary: Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned goals (in Loan Production and Deposit Growth) through outside calling activities and relationship building of potential and existing business customers. The Business Banking Relationship Manager is also responsible for contributing to the profitability and growth of SYB Retail/Business Banking by building, developing, expanding client relationships with Business customers (defined as companies with annual revenues of up to $5 million), and serving Business Banking customers in a highly consultative, needs-based manner.
