About the role: We’re looking for an ambitious and results-driven Regional Director, Engagement & Scientific Architecture to join our growing team. This is a player-coach role: you will lead and develop a team of Engagement Managers and Scientific Architects across EMEA while maintaining a direct individual contributor workload across strategic accounts. You will be expected to model the work — owning customer outcomes, driving deployments, and staying close to the science — while building the team’s capability and delivery quality around you.
