Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient patient check-in and discharge process by providing excellent customer service, collecting patient information, verifying insurance coverage explaining policies & procedures, and handling patient questions. Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
