Job Description We're looking for an experienced software engineer with a track record of technical leadership to join the Rapid Next Platform team. You'll lead a team of four engineers and one contractor, owning both delivery and the day-to-day technical direction of the team. This is a hands-on lead role, you'll be writing code alongside your team while also setting standards, unblocking people, and keeping the work moving. 2026–2027 is a period of significant change as we consolidate multiple legacy ERP systems into a unified modern platform. The work is complex, the codebase is not always clean, and the expectations are high. That's the context you'll be stepping into.
