Hello ! 👋🏽 At Factorial we're looking for a new Account Manager for the Spanish Market to help us boost the company to the next level. 🦄 Ready to be part of the challenge? 🚀 The Role 📜: We are looking for an Account Manager in the Spanish Market to join our Customer Experience team to act as a consultant with existing customers and increase client satisfaction. You will be in charge of retaining a specific portfolio of clients creating long-term relationships with them, understanding their processes and problems, and detecting product improvements and upsell opportunities. What will you be doing: Build strong client relationships and understand their requirements through regular video calls to create engagement and provide them with product updates. It involves understanding the client's needs and goals and go-to person for anything and everything related to the client's experience Identify upsell opportunities to ensure the satisfaction of the clients and to add more value to their company.
