Engineer - Product Development

Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Engineer - Product Development to join our innovative team. This role requires a strong foundation in Product Design and Product Engineering , with a focus on bringing new products to market. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of Mechanical Engineering principles, Computer-Aided Design (CAD) , and Manufacturing Processes . They will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through Prototyping and into production, utilizing their Problem Solving abilities and a commitment to Continuous Improvement Process . This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong Communication and Teamwork skills, while also contributing to New Product Development initiatives. Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of new products, ensuring alignment with market needs and company strategy. Utilize SolidWorks (CAD) software for creating detailed designs, models, and drawings. Oversee the Prototyping phase, iterating on designs based on testing and feedback.
