Adjunct Instructor of Percussion

Job description

Description Part-time position for a percussion instructor beginning August, 2018. Primary duties include teaching weekly percussion lessons to both music majors and non-majors, as well as teaching percussion ensemble and instructing the percussion section of the Scot Marching Band; full participation in marching band camp from August 14-21 is expected. There will also be opportunities for recitals and other public performances. Qualifications: Master's degree or equivalent professional experience. Candidate must demonstrate evidence of successful teaching and the ability to be a congenial colleague.
