Job Role Summary: The Revenue Cycle Supervisor oversees day-to-day revenue cycle operations to ensure accurate billing, timely reimbursement, and regulatory compliance. This role provides direct supervision to revenue cycle staff and serves as a working leader, supporting coding, billing, payment posting, denial management, provider enrollment, and training initiatives. The Supervisor partners closely with clinical and front desk teams to optimize revenue performance while maintaining high service standards.
