Our BI team empowers operational and executive leadership with actionable insights across functions including clinical performance, financial planning, marketing analytics, and patient experience The Business Intelligence (BI) Manager will lead the design, development, and delivery of business intelligence solutions that inform strategic and tactical decision-making. This role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, RCM, Finance, Clinical Quality, Marketing, IT) to translate business needs into analytical solutions. The BI Manager will also oversee a small team of analysts and ensure data quality, governance, and ongoing refinement of reporting practices.
