Job Description Summary The Hot Gas Path Uncoated Buckets Cell Leader will be accountable for SQDC performance of the Uncoated buckets cell. This position will lead an organization of approximately 10 salary employees including supervisors, as well as 80 hourly employees. This position leads manufacturing of coated buckets which includes machining, NDT, and braze operations. Demonstrated experience with these technologies and with gas turbine manufacturing is highly preferred. Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: - Drive a safety culture to achieve zero recordable injuries. - Provide leadership and direction within the COE to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost improvement KPIs. - Drive the COE OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) strategy of continuous improvement. - Drive the Lean vision as a change agent and implement a Lean strategy to reduce inventory, lead time, and waste. - Support early integration of Lean principles in product design & process development for New Product Introductions. - Ensure clear & constant communication of key business / customer issues to employees. - Drive a collaborative, cross-functional partnership with the internal customer cells...
