The Opportunity Within the Global Planning organization, the Global Portfolio & Investment Planning Lead functions as the strategic architect and operational driver of Adobe’s marketing portfolio planning. This position will take a leading role in transforming how planning grows across functions and markets, steering the organization toward a unified, portfolio management model. What you'll Do: Enterprise Portfolio Strategy & Tradeoff Direction Global Planning Platform Transformation & Future-State Vision - Build and evolve the enterprise portfolio strategy framework that connects Adobe’s business priorities to marketing plans and investments. - Establish structured decision and trade-off frameworks across audiences, markets, and initiatives to guide prioritization. - Lead multi-market portfolio reviews to evaluate allocation efficiency, strategic alignment, and business impact. - Act as a principal designer of the future-state global marketing planning model at Adobe. - Collaborate with Product & Planning, Platform, and Systems teams to define and implement the portfolio management model within Adobe’s planning systems.
