About the role As an HR Business Partner at Sofico, you will oversee HR practices for our German branch, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and local compliance requirements. You will act as a trusted advisor to local and global leaders as well as team managers, working closely with the global HR team and the local Office Manager. At the same time, you will be the first point of contact for employees in our rapidly growing office. A key focus of this role is fostering employee engagement and supporting the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. In this position, you will also support payroll-related workflows, ensuring a consistent and compliant HR approach within the German regulatory environment. You will combine hands-on operational support with data-driven insights to continuously improve HR processes and the overall employee experience.
