Job description

The Operations Transformation team prepares airport operations to meet evolving business needs by designing and delivering improved processes, technology and operating models. The Change Coordinator plays a key role in analysing current operations, shaping practical, value ‑ driven solutions and supporting delivery across multiple transformation initiatives. Working with a high degree of autonomy, the role partners with frontline and support teams to influence outcomes, manage dependencies and ensure changes are deliverable, embedded and aligned with operational and strategic priorities. Operational & Workforce Planning: Lead supply and demand analysis to inform sustainable staffing models, seasonal readiness and annual resourcing plans, ensuring alignment with operational demand and budget constraints. Rostering & Resource Optimisation: Own frontline rostering and roster review processes, ensuring compliance with agreed principles, industrial relations frameworks and operational requirements, while optimising coverage, efficiency and resilience.
