Delta Solutions and Strategies is seeking a highly skilled and motivated candidate to support US Space Command (USSPACECOM) J6 as an AV/VTC Support Administrator. This position provides advanced support for classified video teleconferencing and AV systems, requiring independent troubleshooting, secure system configuration, and technical coordination across DoD networks. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining continuity of operations for secure conferencing systems while exercising independent judgment in performing complex technical tasks. An active TS/SCI is required for this position. What you will be doing: - Provide VTC/AV hardware support, setup, and troubleshooting for various systems (NIPRNET, SIPRNET, COE JWICS, GWAN, GOLD). - Plan, coordinate, facilitate VTCs for Unclassified, Classified, and JWICS networks. - Determine equipment and setup requirements, perform technical review of requests, and ensure compliance with operational guidance. - Schedule VTCs, establish accounts with DISA and JWICS, and coordinate with customers and facilitators.
