Job Responsibilities: - Provide superior customer service and quality technical content via incoming telephone calls in a fast-paced, automated, high-volume contact center environment - On average, our representatives are responsible for 40-50 calls per day - Phone quoting, issuance of new business, endorsements, and renewal policies of personal lines insurance coverage - Responsible for cross selling coverage to round out accounts - Assume ownership and timeliness in handling agent requests in an efficient, accurate and professional manner - Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications to research, analyze and resolve agent requests & inquiries - Analyze information to make appropriate decisions and solve problems, while maintaining a positive phone experience - Ability to learn the basic concepts of personal lines insurance principles and Chubb products (home, auto, valuable articles/collectibles, flood, etc.) - Work collaboratively with team members, and business partners to provide a quality experience for our agents - Ability to work 40 hours a week on scheduled shift between the hour 8am-8pm EST; w ork overtime as needed - Complete additional tasks and other projects...
