Job Purpose: The West Hawai‘i Island Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the Girl Scouts membership for West Hawai‘i Island. This position is also responsible for successfully managing the recruitment campaigns, programs, special events, and program delivery of our Afterschool Leadership Program and Girl Scout Leadership Experience Program. The West Hawai‘i Island Coordinator is responsible for executing volunteer engagement strategies such as delivery of high-quality volunteer trainings, managing volunteer roles, building relationship, and other engagement opportunities.
