The core responsibilities of the role include: - Lead and work alongside the team to execute daily warehouse operations safely and efficiently - Assign and adjust tasks in real time to meet volume and service needs - Serve as the floor point of contact for workflow direction and issue resolution - Perform hands-on operational work as needed (loading, picking, staging, etc.) - Train and onboard new hires on the floor; reinforce SOPs, safety, and system processes - Validate shipment accuracy, load quality, and proper process execution - Provide real-time coaching and address performance or safety gaps - Support daily routines (start-up, tactical reviews, end-of-day closeout) - Escalate issues and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Position: Group Coordinator – Lead: Shift: 2ND Shift: Hours: 2:00PM to 10:30PM with mandatory overtime as needed Days: Monday – Friday with weekends as needed Pay: $21.75 per ho...
