Job description

We are seeking a MARKETING COORDINATOR to join the team in Pleasanton, CA . This dynamic and enthusiastic team member will lead and coordinate marketing pursuits, including SOQs, proposals, interview presentations, and related deliverables across multiple sectors and offices, while developing high-quality materials aligned with DAHLIN’s brand standards. This role will also support broader marketing initiatives related to conferences, events, presentations, communications, and firmwide campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of managing multiple fast-paced deadlines simultaneously, and able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position is required to be onsite at least three days per week, and as needed for office, team, or employee meetings, at our Pleasanton, CA office.
