Job Description Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Internal Controls to lead and enhance our internal control environment in a complex, project-based construction environment. This role is responsible for designing and scaling a SOX-compliant internal control framework that supports decentralized field operations, long-term contracts, job costs, procurement and revenue recognition. As a newly public company operating in the renewable infrastructure and construction industry, SOLV requires a control leader who understands both technical accounting and operational realities. This role partners closely with Finance, Operations, Project Management, Procurement, IT, Executive Leadership and Internal and External Audit to ensure strong governance while enabling business execution.
