Job Summary: The Member Services Associate is the “concierge” of the club. They provide good customer service to all members and their guests by exceptional communication skills as well as a friendly and outgoing personality. The Member Service Associate is an informational resource to all members, guests, and prospective members. This important position must possess general computer skills, a good telephone manner, and a professional attitude toward the general public. Qualifications: 1 year in a customer service position.
