Job Description We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee, optimize, and maintain our ERP and WMS platforms in Oracle NetSuite. This role is hands-on and requires a strong technical background, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to support both system users and business operations. The ideal candidate will bridge IT and Operations, ensuring seamless integration of IT networks with operational technology (OT) systems while supporting day-to-day business functions. Key Responsibilities: System Administration & User Management: - Manage and administer Oracle NetSuite ERP and WMS platforms. - Configure user roles, permissions, and access controls to align with business needs. - Perform ongoing administrative functions including system updates, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reporting. - Research, troubleshoot, and resolve user/system issues in a timely manner. Inventory & Materials Management: Oversee and maintain inventory adjustments, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations within NetSuite.
