Gastroenterology Physician, CU GI Community Practice Group (Longmont) - 37502 Faculty Description University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus Department: Medicine- Division of Gastroenterology & Hepatology Job Title: Gastroenterology Physician, CU GI Community Practice Group (Longmont) Open Rank: Instructor, Sr. Instructor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor Position #00838402 – Requisition #37502: Job Summary: As an important member of the GI community practice team, the Gastroenterologist will have clinical responsibilities including outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital consultations, endoscopic procedures, and nights/weekends call coverage. The gastroenterologist will primarily see outpatients at the UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital and Longmont GI clinic 5 days per week (3 half-days outpatient clinic, 5 half-days outpatient endoscopy). Additionally, they will provide inpatient GI consultative services and nights/weekends call coverage at Longs Peak Hospital up to 8 weeks per year in rotation with other members of the Longmont CU GI community practice group.
