Requirements: Position Responsibilities: - Assist technicians, service advisors, and customers at the parts counter in a timely and professional manner - Accurately identify, quote, and distribute Ford parts for retail, wholesale, and commercial repair orders - Support Ford Pro and Commercial customers by ensuring quick turnaround and prioritization when needed - Process parts orders, special orders, returns, and credits accurately - Maintain proper documentation for parts issued on repair orders - Work closely with service, warranty, and commercial teams to ensure repair orders are closed efficiently - Maintain...
