Job Title: Team Manager, Product Management Description : In this role you will lead the country's most successful maths team of high-performing product professionals, responsible for the most used maths qualifications and teaching and learning resources in the UK that are also used extensively around the world. Maths provision and manage a high-performing team of subject specialists. The role aligns to industry-level titles such as Head of Maths / Team Manager – Maths. This is a pivotal leadership role, combining strategic oversight of Maths qualifications and teaching and learning products with day-to-day line management, coaching and development of staff. You will play a central role in shaping the direction of Maths at Pearson and in UK schools and colleges. Job Summary: Lead the vision, strategy, and continuous improvement of Maths provision for UK schools and colleges.
