Business Development Manager, Hazardous Drug Safety – Europe

Job Description Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support the growth of the Hazardous Drug Safety portfolio across selected European markets. Acting as an extension of the regional marketing function in the field, you will work closely with local sales and clinical teams to identify opportunities, support implementation, and strengthen adoption within hospitals, oncology centres, and pharmacy compounding units. This role combines commercial and clinical expertise, with a strong focus on advancing safe handling practices for hazardous drugs. This is a field‑based role with significant travel across Europe; we are open to candidates in various locations, provided they can travel easily and have convenient access to a nearby international airport.
