Job Title: Program Manager, Safety Work Place Flexibility: Hybrid: Legal Entity: Entergy Services, Inc.-ESI (OLD) Job Summary/Purpose: All members of Entergy’s safety function will be expected to own safety, work to prevent incidents and seek to improve with the understanding that zero harm is possible. The program manager will be expected to lead, develop, manage and improve assigned safety and occupational health programs. There will be regular opportunities to demonstrate skills in change management, contract management and communications. This position will also be required to present to leadership the health of the program they are responsible for, and any deficiencies identified along with sustainable solutions to prevent future issues. It will be expected that the program manager engages with and advises more junior safety professionals to support their growth and build bench strength within the safety function.
