About the Role: The Operational Excellence Manager exists to ensure the Office of the CIO operates with strong discipline, consistency and reliability across governance, decision making forums and priority execution. As an Operational Excellence Manager in the Office of the CIO, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining the operational rhythms, governance processes and coordination mechanisms that enable the CIO and Leadership Team to focus on outcomes, manage risk, and deliver commitments to the CEO, ExCo and Board.
