General Manager - Nursing Home - Salary: £60k plus bonus We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and compassionate General Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a 49 bed nursing home in Burnham, Slough (SL1 8NU). You will take full accountability for clinical and non-clinical operations, ensuring exceptional care standards and regulatory compliance while promoting a warm, person-centred environment for residents and staff.
