Utilizes all knowledge and experience to lead the entire planning and design process, project delivery planning, bidding and selection, construction execution, medical equipment planning, owner furnished equipment planning, procurement activities, and coordination of all project logistics. Coordinates activities within areas of responsibility, assists in overall budget monitoring, promotes communication and positive public relations both inter-departmentally and intra-departmentally. Monitors quality assurance to meet set standards, assist areas of responsibility to become self-managing units. Ensures that all safety policies and procedures are met. Perform evaluations and on-call responsibility on a rotating basis. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1.
