Role Overview In a Nutshell…: We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Public Sector Land to join our team within Vistry Services. As our Head of Public Land, you will be responsible for overseeing the national programme of bidding for new land opportunities from the public sector and monitoring existing sites to meet the company's requirements and expansion plans. This is a largely self-sufficient national role which will support the Company’s 26 regional business units with new opportunities. Integrating within the Land Teams within the Company’s business units, you will help have oversight and coordinate bids helping to ensure that the quality reflect Vistry’s expectations of the highest standards. The level of input will be determined by the complexity of bids (less on more simple bids, lead on complex bids). You will be responsible for ensuring the right bid strategy, setting the programme and ensuring the necessary approvals on all public land bids.
