Job description

HP AM Polymers System Product Manager Description -: Responsibilities: Owns the system offering end-to-end across the product lifecycle (definition, business case, development, NPI, launch, and installed-base evolution) and drives the next-generation industrial system roadmap, including financial and customer outcomes. Leads Voice of Customer and data-driven insights (customers, partners, applications, installed base) to define problems to solve, positioning, and roadmap priorities. Defines system requirements and OKRs, aligns cross-functional trade-offs (performance, cost, reliability, compliance), and drives execution with R&D, Quality, and Operations. Partners with Commercial and Services to ensure launch readiness (pricing/packaging inputs, GTM enablement, serviceability, training, supportability) and successful adoption post-launch. Ensures a differentiated value proposition and a coherent system solution (hardware, software, materials compatibility, workflows, and services) that meets customer application requirements.
