This position may qualify for a sign-on bonus Job Summary: The Limited Radiology Technologist is responsible to produce quality radiographic examinations of the chest and distal extremities which are used in medical diagnosis and interpreted by radiologists and medical physicians to identify injuries, foreign bodies, pathological conditions, or lesions within the body. Education: Required: Must complete 1 clinical year from an accredited Radiology program. Experience: Required: 6 months clinical experience in Radiology. Certifications: Required: Must complete 1 clinical year from an accredited Radiology program and must be eligible for the ARRT exam within 1 year from date of hire. AHA BLS. - Utilizes general operating procedures, i.e., startup procedures, basic troubleshooting and problem solving. - Ensures proper film identification to include date stickers, flashed patient identification and right/left markers. - Ensures proper and fair charging of patient procedures in compliance with Model Compliance and Ethical guidelines. - Ensure proper protocol for filing and copying of films. - Positions patient to achieve best examination results and in-depth knowledge of human anatomy....
