From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry. The Role: TOTEME is looking for a Korean-speaking Client Services Advisor to join the team in Stockholm on an hourly, as-needed basis. In this role you will act as a first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional, personalized customer service across our digital channels. You will report to the Client Services Manager. Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional and timely service to our customers through various client channels, including email, live chat and phone.
