The role turns Commercial, RGM, Category, and Marketing strategies into actionable execution plans, supports bottler readiness, and ensures consistent in - market delivery through clear briefs, aligned timelines, and structured routines. This position uses data, execution metrics, dashboards, and AI enabled tools to monitor performance, identify gaps, and drive improvement actions, directly contributing to execution quality, availability, promotional compliance, and Availability / Basket / Cooler outcomes. The Senior Manager also supports the development of execution frameworks and scalable ways of working that increase execution speed, clarity, and consistency across the system.
