Lancaster - Hempfield, PA0194 Centre Hall, PA0220 Erie - 8th & State, PA0445 Williamsport, PA0452 Luzerne, PA0725 State College Business Office Job Description: The Small Business Banker II services a wide variety of business loans including commercial and industrial loans, SBA, and commercial real estate while working as part of a team with branches, credit, and product partners. This position develops meaningful relationships and engages in cross- selling credit and noncredit products as appropriate. Qualifications: - Ensure compliance with Northwest’s policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations - Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiency - Develop new and expanding existing small business relationships - Consistently achieve 8-12% year over year net balance sheet growth on an annual basis depending upon market conditions and regional budget assignment - Develop partnerships with Branch Managers, Treasury Management Advisors, Merchant Services and Trust and Investment Advisors to promote additional business opportunities and profitability for Northwest - C...
