​Location: Ontario Employment Type: Salaried Shift: Third Work Arrangement: Onsite Position Summary: The production supervisor's responsibility is to oversee the workflow at our facilities. Supervisors should have a focus on meeting production goals, quality, safety, people leadership, engagement, and cost objectives. The role is a complex one—more than simply overseeing the work of others . A supervisor is also responsible for the coaching and development of employees, resolving issues and escalating as needed, and guiding our team to be successful every shift. The Supervisor serves as the link between the area team and upper management relaying information and engaging with the overall success of the plant. Major Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for performance management of direct reports including - direction setting, accountability, coaching, feedback, performance reviews, development, training, etc. - Responsible for monitoring the production process utilizing RedZone and by being on the floor engaging with the area team.
