We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic, energetic, and eager IT Helpdesk Tech in Boston! Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software. - Provide technical support to employees, resolving IT support requests and answering questions regarding computer systems. - Help with the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and cabling. - Perform routine system checks and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance. - Assist in the onboarding process by setting up new user accounts and configuring workstations. - Maintain an inventory of IT equipment...
