At our community, we don't just offer a job – we offer a career Key Responsibilities: The Maintenance Tech is responsible for performing, coordinating, and supervising various aspects of general and preventive maintenance to protect and maintain buildings, equipment, utility and electrical systems. Other job duties also include the following, but not limited to: Requirements : - Troubleshoot fire alarm and sprinkler systems and respond to emergency calls. - Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair various plumbing problems to include toilet plunging, snaking, or replacements of plumbing parts, piping, etc. - Ability to troubleshoot cause of electrical and appliance problems and make basic repairs such as resetting breakers and GFCI receptacles, changing out receptacles, lighting, fans, stoves, refrig...
