Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: - Responsible for the technical review of groundwater reports in relation to wastewater permitting activities. - Responsible for Solid Waste permitting activities - Reviews and evaluates permit applications for conformance with federal and state rules and regulations. - Produces complex permits and requests for additional information, when required, that are consistent with prescribed rules and department guidance and procedures.
