Downer has been awarded a major Integrated Facilities Management contract with Stockland, delivering services across a national portfolio of commercial offices, retail centres, logistics facilities and land lease communities. This long-term partnership reflects Downer’s strength in managing large, complex portfolios and delivering high quality services at scale. We currently have an opportunity for an experienced and qualified HVAC Technician to join our workforce and play a key role in supporting the effective and efficient management of properties across Stockland’s national portfolio, with multiple sites to support across the area. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes for our client and our communities. What You’ll Do: This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: - Servicing, maintenance, and repairs on air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems across multiple business centres - Diagnose faults and carry out timely repairs to ensure minimal disruption - Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to maintain system efficiency and reliability - Install and commission split systems, ducted air...
