Description Work Schedule: Friday-Monday (12:00pm-10pm)Work Location: 1115 Mission Rd, San Antonio, Texas 78210 Mission: Seton Home works to break the cycle of abuse and poverty by providing a caring home, education, and support services necessary to transform the lives of pregnant and parenting teen mothers and their children. Summary: The Shelter Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operation of the shelter environment. Observe all agency policies and procedures and monitor implementation of procedures by direct care staff within a trauma-informed lens. Position Responsibilities: At Seton Home’s sole discretion, and with or without notice, Seton Home may require employees to alter their work schedules to fulfill job responsibilities or handle work situations of an emergency nature. Likewise, at Seton Home’s sole discretion, and with written approval of the Department Head of Human Resources and Executive Director, employees may arrange an alternate or flexible work schedule, provided Seton Home needs can be fully met under such an arrangement. - *Provide direct supervision to assigned shift managers.
