JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: As a College for Kids Instructor, you will be responsible for leading engaging activities. Lesson plans will be provided to you. You will help create a fun, educational, and safe environment, while encouraging positive behaviors and building relationships with students. All materials and supplies are provided by MCC. ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS: Seeking instructors for Migrant Education Program camps during the summer of 2026. All camps are between July 13-24 and run 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. - Plan, organize, and lead a variety of activities (e.g., arts and crafts, sports, team-building exercises, outdoor exploration, science experiments, etc.). - Provide clear instructions and guidance to students, ensuring they understand activity objectives and expectations. - Supervise and engage with students, maintaining a positive, supportive, and inclusive atmosphere. - Ensure student safety and well-being by following camp safety protocols and guidelines. - Adapt activities based on student needs and interests, ensuring all children are...
