Job description

IMEG is hiring a Senior Civil Designer in Anaheim, CA , to lead the delivery of large and highly complex civil engineering projects as a project manager or lead designer. In this role, you’ll provide project direction, advanced engineering analysis, design and implementation oversight, and technical guidance to help achieve positive client outcomes. You’ll also support projects within budget, mentor and train team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and client expectations. Principal Responsibilities: Lead civil engineering design efforts based on written scope for large, highly complex projects Create detailed designs, specifications, and calculations using engineering software/tools in accordance with code requirements and IMEG standards Perform site assessments and develop detailed analysis and technical reports Partner with clients to gather requirements and communicate technical information effectively Build and maintain client relationships through professional communication Conduct in-process reviews of calculations, specifications, and project correspondence Implement IMEG quality control processes to meet IMEG, industry, and client qu...
