Job Type: Part-Time Contractor (Weekend Shifts) Job Location: Albuquerque & Rio Rancho Area (Rotating Seasonal Venues) Job Summary: i9 Sports is looking for a high-energy Multi-Sport Instructor to lead our weekend programs. This isn’t just about blowing a whistle; you are there to be a mentor and a role model. You’ll be responsible for teaching the fundamentals of the game in a way that is fun, fair, and encouraging for our youngest athletes. Regional Details: Our programs rotate seasonally to use the best facilities in the area. This position covers the greater Albuquerque and Rio Rancho areas of play. - Assignment locations vary by season. Reliable transportation to all cities in this cluster is required. Responsibilities: Youth Engagement: Use an inviting, high-energy mindset to keep 3–8 year olds focused and excited. On-Field Instruction: Teach drills and fundamentals for Soccer, Flag Football, and Baseball. (Basketball and Volleyball experience is a plus). Game Day Logistics: Manage the setup and breakdown of equipment. (Note: Setup/cleanup blocks count as one game toward compensation).
