As a Clinical Lead Nurse for our Emergency Room Team, you will be responsible for the following: Works collaboratively with the nurse manager/director in the planning and implementing of patient care and performance improvement for a specific unit. Demonstrates clinical expertise in the assigned area and fosters a climate of clinical and professional excellence. Promotes patient care continuity and enhances patient throughput. Functions effectively in patient crisis situations. Coordinates the triage, stabilization and/or transfer of patients to the appropriate level of care.
