The Opportunity: At Medibank and Amplar, we are passionate about transforming healthcare in Australia and making it accessible for everyone. What started as an initiative for our employees has now grown into a groundbreaking virtual GP service that supports over 250,000 overseas students studying in Australia, as part of Medibank’s Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) program. We have now released this service to our Members. We are on a mission to improve primary care by enhancing access, ensuring better health outcomes, and connecting people with the right care at the right time. As we continue to expand this new service, we’re looking for experienced, compassionate, and forward-thinking GPs to be a part of this exciting journey. As a key member of this innovative service, you'll have the chance to provide high-quality, virtual healthcare to a diverse patient base. This is a privately billed service (no Medicare hassle), so you'll be able to focus on delivering excellent care with patient satisfaction as a top priority. Naturally you will need to be comfortable providing this care virtually, and managing a cohort of dynamic patients, some may have non-English speaking backgrounds...
