Description Superior Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing, Inc. (SEMP) is a leading provider of skilled trade services throughout California. Our Commercial Maintenance Division is currently seeking a Skilled Laborer to support apartment renovation and maintenance projects throughout Los Angeles County. In this role, the Skilled Laborer will perform a variety of construction and maintenance tasks, including framing repairs, drywall patching and installation, flooring repairs, demolition, and general property maintenance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in occupied and vacant apartment units, be comfortable using hand and power tools, and be able to complete assignments efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship and safety standards. Schedule: - Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - Overtime may be available but is not guaranteed Responsibilities: - Perform general construction maintenance in residential and commercial spaces - Skilled in metal and wood framing - Drywall installation and repair - Apply texture and finish work as directed by the construction supervisor - Demolish existing doors, windows, cabinets, and walls - Install doors, cabinetry,...
