This role is essential to maintaining a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for our students and staff. You will handle a wide range of technical tasks from MEP repairs and HVAC monitoring to furniture assembly and event setup while ensuring all campus systems meet our high standards of excellence. As a vital member of the Gaynor community, you will also be expected to engage in the school’s mission of inclusion and equity. We are looking for a service-oriented professional with a strong technical background who takes pride in "behind-the-scenes" excellence. Essential Functions: Complete work associated with all door hardware components; locks, closures, hinges, etc Complete general plumbing repairs (faucets, flush-o-meters, soap dispensers, etc.) Complete minor electrical repairs, including installing light fixtures and changing light bulbs.
