Job Summary: The primary function of the Maintenance Technician is to service and maintain the physical properties and mechanical systems of the Village. The Technician must have a broad range of skills and knowledge to address a variety of “handyman” maintenance issues that arise including household appliances, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, as well as the skill to deal with basic HVAC systems and equipment. This position requires a good mechanical aptitude. Technicians also assist with snow removal as needed, and various special assignments/activities associated with special Village events and promotions (table and equipment set-up, putting up holiday banners, holiday decorating, etc.).
