Vice President, Investment Banking – Capital Structure Advisory (New York City)

We are currently seeking an experienced Vice President to join our Capital Structure Advisory team in New York. Moelis Vice Presidents are expected to assume significant levels of responsibility requiring intellectual curiosity, leadership and analytical aptitude. The day-to-day responsibilities of a Vice President include: Leading complex financial analysis and modeling efforts Overseeing and mentoring junior team members Driving the preparation and delivery of client presentations Managing day-to-day client relationships: Coordinating transaction execution, and partnering closely with senior bankers on strategic advisory engagements. A sophisticated level of interpersonal skill and leadership presence is required.
